The questions are serious. The woman in the photo, however, is not. Can a woman not appear in a serious public forum without her breasts spilling out of her dress?

My apologies, Ellen. She happened to be visiting and asked to be allowed to participate in the episode. Though her dress was, as you mentioned, dubious, I allowed myself to be swayed by her intelligence and wit.
